Yes, Rahul Gandhi did meet a Chinese envoy but he did not only meet him. Apart from the Chinese envoy, Rahul also met the Bhutanese envoy and ex-National Security Advisor Shiv Shankar Menon.
The Congress had a consistent stand on the same, and unlike others who mould the truth, it said that it was a courtesy meeting including other envoys as well.
In fact, the question is not if the Rahul Gandhi met the Chinese envoy, but the question which arises is why did Prime Minister Modi did not flag the border issue with his Chinese counterpart at the G20 Summit?
